"I am sorry" When you utter that phrase, do you mean it? Seriously? How about this, try NOT to do the things that would cause one to say the aforementioned. Yet, if you actually have to say this to anyone, please ensure you have the appropriate contrition behind it, because if you don't, you will always find yourself repeating said phrase, and never truly learning how to grow from mistakes.
